He is an MBA in HRM from XISS. Employee Relations, Talent management and Team management are his forte. He has the record of setting up two MDO (Coal Mining) projects at Talcher (Odisha) and Rajmahal (Jharkhand) which is first in the Country. Both the projects together now produce 37 million tons per annum.
